Bio: Studied computer science, moved to Medellín in my late twenties, and built Staunch Robots, a tech staffing company bridging top Latin American engineering talent with San Francisco companies. Scaled it to seven figures revenue and had a small exit. Decided to switch it up and opened 20 Mission, a seven-figure buildout that became the third biggest brewery in Colombia, South America. Had a small exit there too. Since then I've been helping friends build out their companies with tech in CTO and CPO roles, which you can read about on LinkedIn. Currently super excited about building with AI and exploring the world of mom-and-pop mergers and acquisitions.

Current Focus

Bringing AI to Mom & Pop Acquisitions

Combining my background in tech and entrepreneurship to find undervalued opportunities in the wave of baby boomers retiring. Specifically interested in brick-and-mortar mom-and-pop businesses outside of what the private equity guys are looking at.

The pipeline scrapes and analyzes 5,000+ listings nationwide, then uses AI-driven underwriting to filter them down to the top acquisition targets. Mom-and-pop shops that trade at low multiples, where most buyers aren't looking.
